Our mission is to raise funds
and awareness for non-profit agencies, working on the front lines,
serving disadvantaged youth in the Greater Boston area. The Foundation
To Be Named Later (FTBNL), a branch of the Red Sox Foundation,
was launched in early Spring of 2005 by Paul Epstein, a social
worker in the Brookline Public School system, and his brother,
Red Sox Executive Vice President and General Manager Theo Epstein.
The twin brothers always knew they wanted to make a difference
and help young people achieve their dreams – not matter how small
or how BIG!
Music and baseball are teaming
up once again this summer to
hit another homerun for charity
as the organizers of the Hot
Stove, Cool Music by Iron Mountain
concert series announced the fourth annual
Hot Stove, Cool Music: The Summer
Sessions. The signature fundraising
event for The Foundation To Be
Named Later, takes place on Sunday,
August 17th outside on the waterfront at the
Bank of America Pavilion. This
year’s concert features Peter Gammons
and The Hot Stove All Stars,
Buddy Guy and George Thorogood
and the Destroyers! For general
tickets: www.hotstovecoolmusic.org
FTBNL thanks Iron Mountain, Greenberg Traurig, JP Morgan, Life is good, Arbella Insurance and Mintz Levin for their generous sponsorships.
Please join us under the BOA
tent, starting at 5pm, to enjoy
the private VIP party featuring cocktails, food, an exclusive live
auction and a reception with special guests including musicians and
other folks who love baseball. For $100 VIP party and concert tickets
email tickets@foundationtobenamedlater.org.
100% of the proceeds from Hot
Stove Cool Music VIP party allow
The Foundation To Be Named Later
to support extraordinary nonprofit
organizations that are working
tirelessly on the frontlines
to improve the lives of disadvantaged children. FTBNL has given out
nearly $1Million dollars in grants and $1Million dollars in no cash
donations to over 150 non-profit organizations and has sent over
1,300 children, who would not get the chance to go to a game, to
Red Sox and Celtics home games.
